Grown high in the volcanic mountains of Palencia, Guatemala, Solaris Maracaturra is a beautiful expression of both terroir and craftsmanship. A natural hybrid of Maragogipe and Caturra, Maracaturra is known for its exceptionally large beans and refined cup profile. Careful washing and slow drying preserve its vibrant acidity, delicate florals, and layered sweetness, resulting in a cup that is both expressive and remarkably clean.

Juan Diego de la Cerda is one of Guatemala's most respected coffee producers and the owner of Finca El Socorro.
