The Story
Some coffees are expressive. This one is playful.
Produced by renowned Colombian producer Edwin Noreña at Campo Hermoso, Pink Orbit showcases the vibrant character of Pink Bourbon through carefully controlled carbonic maceration.
The cherries undergo a precise fermentation before being washed and dried, allowing the process to amplify the variety's naturally sweet and fruit-forward character while maintaining the clarity of a washed coffee.
The result is a bright and incredibly sweet cup layered with strawberry candy, juicy pink watermelon, nostalgic bubblegum, and a soft vanilla finish.
The Producer
Edwin Noreña has become one of Colombia's most recognized coffee producers for his innovative approach to fermentation and processing.
At Campo Hermoso, Edwin continually experiments with fermentation techniques to explore the full potential of Colombian coffee varieties. His meticulous approach allows coffees like this Pink Bourbon to develop extraordinary sweetness and complexity while still maintaining balance and clarity.
In the Cup
The cup opens with an unmistakable strawberry candy sweetness, followed by juicy pink watermelon and a playful bubblegum character.
As it cools, soft vanilla sweetness begins to emerge, rounding everything out with a smooth and lingering finish.
Bright, sweet, soft, and incredibly fun to drink.

Recommended Brewing
We'd recommend a pour-over or Hario Switch to highlight the coffee's bright fruit character and candy-like sweetness.
A slightly cooler brew temperature around 198–201°F (92–94°C) with a medium grind can help preserve the soft sweetness while keeping the watermelon and strawberry notes vibrant.
Strawberry sweetness. Pink watermelon. A little bubblegum. Somewhere beyond ordinary.
