Process
Freshly harvested Purple Caturra cherries undergo an extended washed co-fermentation using a passion fruit–based culture, including cholupa and panela to enhance sweetness and balance acidity. The result is a vibrant, aromatic cup with layered fruit intensity and a silky mouthfeel.
