Delicate, botanical, and quietly luxurious. This washed Gesha opens with honeyed sweetness and soft citrus, layered with pear, pineapple, and marmalade. As the cup cools, floral chamomile and mint-like aromatics emerge alongside pastry-like notes of almond croissant, vanilla, and gentle chocolate. A restrained, elegant expression of Gesha that rewards patience and intention.

Produced by Juliana Guevara and Wbeimar Lasso at La Terraza in Huila, this coffee reflects precision over spectacle. Wbeimar—Colombian Cup Tasters Champion and third-generation producer—is well known for experimental fermentations, making this traditionally washed Gesha a refreshing and confident statement. It’s a low-intervention coffee that highlights cultivar, terroir, and careful hands rather than process-driven intensity.
Process
Low Intervention Washed
Cherries are depulped, fermented for 36–48 hours, then slowly dried—mostly in the shade—for 20–30 days to preserve clarity and sweetness.
