Story
Grown by smallholder farmers in the highlands of Nensebo, this lot reflects generations of care and tradition. It’s a classic Ethiopian natural with a more refined, composed profile, highlighting fruit and sweetness without pushing into heavy fermentation.
Process
Natural process, dried in the cherry to develop layered fruit character while maintaining clarity and balance.
In the Cup
Juicy red berries lead, followed by crisp apple acidity and soft chocolate undertones. A gentle floral finish rounds it out. Clean, balanced, and easy to return to.
Brew Tips
Shines as a pour-over or drip. Use a slightly lower ratio to emphasize its juicy acidity and dessert-like sweetness.
