Overview: This exceptional, high-intervention co-fermented coffee from Quindío, Colombia, is expertly crafted by Edwin Noreña—also known as “El Alquemista”—at Finca Campo Hermoso. Processed with lychee fruit and multiple fermentation stages, it offers a delicate and refined flavor profile. By far the most approachable co-ferment we’ve encountered, it delivers a harmonious balance of lychee-infused coffee with notes of white tea, jasmine-like botanicals, sweet peach, and tart lemon.
