Pink Bourbon IPA – Edwin Noreña
Flavor Notes
Pink grapefruit, lime, floral hops, botanical
Story
An IPA-inspired Pink Bourbon built through layered fermentation. Edwin Noreña begins with carbonic whole-cherry maceration, capturing the sugary coffee must. That must is fermented separately with brewer’s yeast and cascade hops, then reintroduced to the cherries for a second controlled fermentation before drying as a honey process.
The result is vivid and aromatic. Citrus-driven, botanically charged, intensely aromatic with structured hop character and lifted sweetness.
Process
Carbonic honey | Triple fermentation | Co-fermented with cascade and galaxy hops
