The beans then rest for three days in a climate-controlled warehouse before receiving a uniform final drying in a mechanical dryer, with temperatures never exceeding 35°C. Once they achieve the perfect humidity level of 10.5%, the beans are rested for two months, allowing their unique characteristics to develop fully. Finally, they undergo meticulous sorting to ensure only the finest coffee reaches your cup.
