Description - Johan Vergara cultivated this coffee at Las Flores farm. It underwent 24 hours of aerobic fermentation, followed by 50 hours in Grainpro bags with CO2, maintaining a temperature below 22°C. After pulping and gentle washing, the coffee was dried on raised beds. This microlot is exclusively Yellow Bourbon, a mutation of Coffee Arabica named after Réunion Island off the coast of Madagascar.
