Description - This Coffee is absolutely delicious, and we know you will enjoy it too. Produced by Finca El Paraiso in Colombia. The process of this coffee starts with using ripe coffee cherries to achieve greater amounts of sugars. The coffee cherries are then placed in fermentation tanks using an anaerobic fermentation process for 48 hours submerged in water with Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture medium. The end result is a well balanced coffee with a floral aroma.
